Summary: Contract QA Analyst needed for a fully remote role focused on testing web applications, APIs, and mobile applications. The position involves both manual and automated testing, collaborating with the development team and Product Owner to ensure software quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and implement an automated test suite, ideally within PHP, Typescript or JavaScript.
- Work closely with the Product Owner and Senior Stakeholders to define user stories, acceptance criteria and test plans.
- Establish and refine QA processes with attention to standards and documentation.
- Perform security and performance testing.
- Design, execute and maintain manual and automated test cases.
- Conduct UAT to ensure feature readiness.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge and background with either PHP, JavaScript or Typescript.
- Outstanding SQL knowledge.
- Strong manual testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and GitHub actions.
- Experience testing APIs, web, and mobile applications.
- Excellent knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
