Summary: The role of Oracle Cloud HCM – Technical involves leveraging extensive experience in Oracle Cloud HCM to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include developing reports, maintaining technical components, and providing ongoing technical support. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HCM processes and experience with large-scale transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Develop reports and dashboards using BI Publisher, OTBI, and HDL.
- Create and maintain technical components like Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and APIs.
- Perform technical validation before loading data using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
- Support unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM interfaces and data migration.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Key Skills:
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.

Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout from technical side of Oracle Cloud HCM.
Basic understanding of payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards etc.
Support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM interfaces and/or data migration, raising/fixing any potential bugs found and provide advice and guidance in this area.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot system issues.
Perform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
