Key Responsibilities:
- Lead comprehensive IT Separation Plans, defining scope, managing RAID, and overseeing cutover planning.
- Provide robust cross-stream governance and reporting, including executive dashboards and risk escalation.
- Ensure pre-cutover checkpoints are confirmed and support seamless transition.
- Drive TSA exit, guaranteeing all agreed services and deliverables are met and transitioned effectively.
- Manage complex dependencies and critical paths across multiple IT workstreams.
