Location: Remote with travel to Spain, Belgium and Switzerland
Contract Duration: 16 months

Rate: 800 880 per day

Role Overview
Energize is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead the implementation of Advanced Patient Monitoring (APM) solutions for one of our key customers in the medical sector. This role is critical in managing and delivering projects related to innovative healthcare technologies, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource needs.
- Set milestones and ensure deadlines are met.
Resource Management:
- Allocate and manage personnel, budgets, and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Continuously monitor for issues and adjust plans proactively.
Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates, reports, and host progress meetings.
Quality Control:
- Define quality benchmarks and conduct regular reviews.
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
Issue Resolution:
- Troubleshoot and resolve challenges affecting project timelines or deliverables.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management as needed.
Budget Management:
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
- Track expenses and make adjustments to optimize resource allocation.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain thorough project documentation.
- Provide transparent and timely status reports to all relevant parties.
Skills required
- Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sectors.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in project planning tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with advanced patient monitoring systems or related technologies is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed to Spain, France, and Switzerland.
