RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Program Manager IV to join their team. This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Program Design:
* Lead the strategy and operational design for scaling complex partner-facing initiatives (e.g., affiliates, tiering and benefits, onboarding, enablement, etc.)
* Define program architecture, business rules, success metrics, and governance in collaboration with cross-functional teams
* Translate platform strategy and partner insights into concrete programmatic capabilities that scale globally
* Design migration and onboarding approach for existing partners (e.g., MC Service, MC Tech) and net-new partner cohorts
* Develop and execute adoption strategies that drive partner, engagement, and sustained usage across all phases of the unified Partner Program rollout
Launch Planning & Execution:
* Drive end-to-end planning and rollout for new or evolving program features, ensuring cross-functional alignment, partner readiness, and internal visibility
* Build business requirements documentation (BRDs), sequencing logic, and phased rollout plans in coordination with technical and operational stakeholders
* Serve as a subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders during program pilots and launches
* Partner with Program PMs and cross-functional teams to coordinate the migration of existing partners (e.g., QSP, MC Tech, IES) into the new program structure
* Manage phased rollout and onboarding experiences for net-new partners, ensuring alignment with benefits, systems readiness, and communications
* Lead readiness reviews and status tracking across product, enablement, and support teams to ensure operational alignment at each stage of the rollout
Partner Experience & Operational Workflows:
* Define and continuously refine the partner journey, including how partners are onboarded, assigned benefits, supported, and tracked
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years in partner program strategy, GTM operations, channel strategy, business model design, or non-technical product management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or platform company
* Deep understanding of SaaS commercial models-especially Affiliate/Referral, Revenue Share, and Reseller-and how they impact partner engagement and business growth
* Proven success driving strategy, execution, and scaling across partner programs or ecosystem monetization efforts
* Experience leading multi-product or multi-stream partner program rollouts or large-scale change management efforts
* Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of partner lifecycle stages, value creation levers, and measurement frameworks
* Demonstrated ability to synthesize strategy into executable systems and workflows, including documentation and tool requirements
* Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of a matrixed organization
* Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments with high ambiguity and evolving priorities
* Experience with tools such as Salesforce, PRMs, Airtable, Asana, and Confluence is a plus
* Thrives in ambiguity and complexity, with a natural bias toward clarity, simplification, and scalability
* Bonus: Experience scaling tiered partner programs globally with regulatory compliance and revenue recognition in mind
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
