Summary: The Product Manager for Microsoft 365 Governance will play a crucial role in a leading SaaS company focused on cloud collaboration and AI governance. Key Responsibilities:
- Own outcomes, not just outputs, focus on customer value, not feature lists
- Be hands-on across backlog refinement, discovery, and customer communication
- Shape product strategy and articulate it to customers, partners, and internal teams
- Write user stories and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver features
- Present roadmaps and product updates to customers and partners
- Work directly with enterprise IT admins to understand governance challenges
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to drive adoption
Key Skills:
- 3–5 years in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, governance, security)
- A background in consulting, product management, or solution architecture
- Direct customer-facing roles solving complex technical challenges
- Strong technical understanding of M365 administration and governance (must-have)
- A track record of delivering solutions end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills, able to speak to both IT admins and executives
- Customer empathy grounded in direct conversations

We are partnered with a leading SaaS business operating in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The company has recently secured an additional round of funding and continues its strong growth trajectory. Their platform enables organisations and partners to govern cloud collaboration and AI at scale—combining automation, policy enforcement, and risk insights into one extensible solution.
Their Product & Engineering function is a remote-first team of around 15 people. The culture is hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-focused, with a strong “can-do” mindset across the organisation.
The role
We are searching for a Product Manager with a background in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; ideally someone who has worked in consulting, ISV/MSP/Partner environments and understands governance challenges firsthand from customer-facing experience.
