Summary: The Digital Technology Program Engagement Operation Specialist is a remote role focused on supporting the Infrastructure Program Engagement and Program Work Environment teams. The position involves developing and managing processes, tools, and metrics to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. The role may require up to 25% domestic travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Logistics Management: Oversee operational workflows including procurement, financial coordination, data processing, and quality assurance.
- Process Improvement: Assess existing processes to identify gaps and inefficiencies, recommend and collaborate on enhancements, and track performance to measure progress.
- Data & Reporting: Perform data analysis and develop automated, easy to interpret dashboards and reports that support data driven decision making.
- Tools & Systems Support: Configure and maintain tools that enable and streamline operational processes and performance measurement.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver training and reference materials to drive adoption and support consistent execution.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 1+ years of experience.
- U.S. Citizenship, required for access to program/contract information with optional ability to obtain a Secret or Top-Secret clearance.
- Experience leading digital technology process improvement initiatives with measurable results.
- Experience collecting, cleansing, analyzing, and reporting data; familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to break down complex processes and identify solutions quickly.
- Knowledge of process and service improvement methodologies (such as Lean, Six Sigma).
- Experience in government, engineering, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
- Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership, customers, teammates, and suppliers (preferred).
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools (preferred).
- Certification in at least one process improvement methodology (e.g., Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) (preferred).
