My client is looking for a PAM (Privileged Access Management) Framework SME to work on a business-critical programme ASAP.


Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a PAM Framework SME in a highly regulated environment.
Knowledge of developing a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Framework in line with financial services industry best practices.
Ability to design and implement a PAM Framework using Tier 1 Industry Best Practice principles.
Enhance initial PAM Framework criticality tiers to establish a unified and operational approach to PAM
Develop a PAM Framework structure that supports ongoing improvement and maturity as new capabilities and tools emerge.
Transition the PAM Framework from conceptual design to a practical, integrated information source, control platform, and tool for delivering measurable improvements in risk posture, data quality, and processes.
Align the PAM Framework with:
Risk Management Framework (IRM)
Security Controls (Control Tower)
Processes (PAM Processes)
People (IAM / PAM RACI & Operational Model & Organisational Structure)
Regulatory Obligations
Strategic Direction (Soteria)
Industry Best Practices (Tier 1)
