Maintain up-to-date team rosters using relevant HRIS or resource management platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
Ensure correct task alignment and accurate data for reporting purposes across product, operations, and technology teams.
Financial Management
Track budgets, spending, and ensure time is allocated according to agreed plans using SAP Finance, Oracle NetSuite, or client-specific accounting platforms.
Support procurement activities: quote creation, purchase order management, and expense reconciliation in alignment with policy.
Communications

Qualifications

Experience with budget tracking, financial reporting, and procurement within enterprise systems.
Collaborative, detail-oriented, and proactive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Comfortable working with and synthesizing data from various sources and systems.
Exposure to Agile or Scrum project management methodologies.
Experience supporting digital product teams, portfolios, or transformation projects.
Familiarity with industry-standard tools, such as Jira, ServiceNow, and client-specific portfolio management solutions.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Tableau for dashboard creation and data visualizations.
Strong working knowledge of Excel and SQL; familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other finance and resource management systems.
Experience with client internal BI/reporting tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI) is advantageous.
