Summary: The role is for a Senior Automation Tester in a fast-paced digital Healthtech organization based in Manchester, focusing on developing a groundbreaking automation framework using Playwright, Selenium, JavaScript, and testing C# .Net and Azure applications. The successful candidate will introduce test tools and processes to enhance product quality while working primarily in automation testing across two squads. The position requires strong communication skills as most interactions will occur remotely. This is a 3-month contract, outside IR35, with a competitive daily rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a groundbreaking automation framework using Playwright, Selenium, JavaScript, and testing C# .Net and Azure applications.
- Introduce test tools and processes to enhance product quality for the development team.
- Work primarily within automation testing across two different squads.
- Collaborate with team members through Slack and video communication.
- Expand automation offerings to include JavaScript, Azure platform, mobile, and API testing over the next 18 months.
Key Skills:
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Gherkin, JavaScript, and Azure.
- Knowledge of Cypress and Postman is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work confidently and energetically in a fast-paced environment.
