PDF Forms Consultant

Summary: The PDF Forms Consultant role involves leveraging expertise in Adobe Acrobat Pro to create, optimize, and troubleshoot fillable PDF forms. The consultant will assess existing forms for calculation errors, implement multi-step logic workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate form functionality. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to document changes for non-technical users. The role is remote and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing fillable PDF forms to assess calculation and logic errors.
• Rebuild, correct, and optimize multi-step calculations within Adobe Acrobat.
• Update interactive form fields while preserving existing templates.
• Test and validate form performance for calculation accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand calculation requirements.
• Troubleshoot problem areas and logic discrepancies.
• Provide recommendations for improving form stability and structure.

Key Skills:

• 3 or more years of experience in form creation and form field logic within Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and correcting miscalculations in existing PDFs.
• Experience with building and optimizing complex calculated fields.
• Experience with multi-step logic workflows within Adobe Acrobat.
• Experience in documenting logic changes for non-technical users.
• Experience with JavaScript in Adobe Acrobat for advanced calculations (deduced).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
