Summary: The OTM Consultant role involves managing project accounts with techno-functional expertise on the OTM Application, ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include configuring OTM modules, managing project migrations, and conducting user acceptance testing. The position requires strong knowledge of OTM & GTM modules and excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams. The role is remote and focuses on delivering project updates and managing integrations with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project account with techno-functional expertise on OTM Application.
  • Day-to-day interaction with clients and stakeholders for project deliveries, updates, and new changes.
  • Configure OTM modules and design the business; must have experience with migration projects.
  • Well-versed with OTM & GTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration, Financials, Trade Compliance Management, and Trade Management.
  • Create agents, saved queries, action checks, custom actions, screensets, manager layouts, workbenches, assigning user preferences, user favorites, and export/import of CSV, XML, JSPX, XSL (Style sheets).
  • Manage project migration, account policy, user roles, and business monitor.
  • Knowledge in Financials (Invoice Approval Rules, Match Rule Profile) is required.
  • Manage OTM & GTM quarterly upgrades and integration with other modules like EBS, JDE, SAP, etc.
  • Gather customer requirements, understand supply chain business, create functional specifications, provide logic to the technical team, prepare test data, conduct internal testing and user acceptance testing, go-live support, and related documentation.
  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly status report calls with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and internal team members on administrative processes.
  • Develop standards and processes, encouraging (or enforcing where necessary) the use of those standards and processes.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
  • Ability to think tactically as well as strategically while coordinating cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
