Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations for Oracle EBS HR, Payroll, Labor Distribution, and SSHR.
  • Troubleshoot payroll run errors, balance issues, retro-pay calculations, and configuration defects.
  • Assist with end-to-end payroll cycles: validations, run support, costing, GL transfers, audits, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain HRMS components including elements, payrolls, jobs/positions, flexfields, security profiles, and payroll processing rules.
  • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver system enhancements.
  • Support reports, interfaces, and data fixes using SQL/PLSQL and BI Publisher.
  • Lead and document testing (unit, regression, UAT) for updates, enhancements, and legislative patches.
  • Support statutory requirements and year-end/quarter-end payroll activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support through incident resolution and user assistance.

Customer is also looking for someone with strong EBS experience as well as more of a developer/ Technical in EBS (80 % Tech in EBS HRMS) and also post-production support with really great communication skills.

Primary Module Focus should be HRMS EBS, Need Major Experience in EBS HRMS more from Tech side and 30% functional knowledge and few Fusion experience can be an added advantage.
