Summary: The role of Oracle HCM Functional Consultant involves supporting a public sector client's HR Transformation programme by bridging functional requirements with solution architecture. The consultant will contribute to solution design, maintain delivery roadmaps for HR modules, and interact with stakeholders to clarify requirements. This position requires strong advisory skills in Oracle HCM and experience in large-scale HR initiatives. The role is contract-based, inside IR35, with a potential duration of 3 months plus extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between functional requirements and solution architecture.
