Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant

Summary: The Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Consultant role involves leading and supporting implementations and enhancements of Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll. The consultant will configure payroll elements, design Fast Formulas, manage payroll processing, and collaborate with functional teams. Additionally, the role requires troubleshooting payroll issues and providing production support. This position demands extensive experience in Oracle HCM with a focus on payroll functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations and enhancements
• Configure payroll elements including earnings, deductions, balances, and payroll flows
• Design and develop Fast Formulas for payroll calculations and validations
• Manage payroll processing, including pre-payments, costing, and post-payroll activities
• Work on legislative payroll configurations (US, UK, India, or other regions as applicable)
• Collaborate with functional teams for Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor integration
• Develop and execute unit testing, SIT, UAT support for payroll modules
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide production support

Key Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong focus on Payroll (Oracle Fusion Cloud)
• Hands-on experience with Fast Formula development
• Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll lifecycle
• Experience in Payroll integrations and data migration tools (HDL, HCM Extracts)
• Knowledge of Payroll Costing, Payments, and Reporting
