Summary: The Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead is responsible for delivering comprehensive solutions that meet client business needs through Oracle Cloud applications. This role requires collaboration with multicultural teams and a strong understanding of finance processes, alongside hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud. The position involves analyzing business requirements, performing fit-gap analysis, and managing the implementation of financial solutions. The role is remote and focuses on leveraging Oracle technology to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the client to analyze business requirements and design end-to-end solutions using Oracle Financials Cloud
- Perform fit gap analysis and resolve functional issues
- Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training, and release management
- Serve as liaison between functional and technical teams to drive solution design specs
- Be an active member within company’s Oracle technology communities
Key Skills:
- 5 years or more of Oracle implementation experience with Cloud Financial applications with strong knowledge in AR, AP, CM, GL, Tax and SLA
- Experience with Oracle and non-Oracle integration points with Purchasing, Projects and Order management
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Financial ERP solutions
- Demonstrates leading practices knowledge or expertise
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments

Job Summary
The Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Lead provides end-to-end solutions that address clients business requirements and solve business problems using Oracle Cloud applications, with the ability to work with multicultural teams, including onshore/offshore members. Strong finance business process knowledge and hands-on Oracle Financials Cloud experience is required to provide business solutions reducing the use of PaaS solutions.
