  • Support network changes, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring in line with strict change and security processes.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and participate in customer-facing meetings during delivery.

  • Strong experience with Extreme and Cisco switching technologies.
  • Solid understanding of TCP IP, LAN, WAN, VLAN, and routing protocols including OSPF and BGP.
