Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core / .NET 6+ applications and ASP.NET Web APIs for healthcare systems
- Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources including Patient, Encounter, Observation, Practitioner, Condition, and Coverage
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and external partners
- Work with HL7 standards (FHIR, HL7 v2) and healthcare data formats (JSON, XML)
- Implement OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect / SMART on FHIR for secure data access
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and healthcare data privacy regulations
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipeline support
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, scalability, and reliability
- Participate in system architecture, design discussions, and technical documentation
