Role Summary:
The MarTech Data Modeler/Engineer is a technical expert responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the end-to-end data infrastructure that powers our marketing measurement and planning. This role is central to connecting customer data from our CRM (Salesforce) and other sources into a unified cloud environment (Azure) to be analyzed by the Adobe Mix Modeler platform. The ultimate goal is to provide accurate, incremental ROI insights that drive millions in marketing budget decisions.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Data Engineering & Pipeline Management (Azure)
Architect Data Flows: Design, implement, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines (using tools like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar) to ingest large volumes of marketing data (cost, impression, conversion, etc.) into the Azure cloud environment.
Cloud Infrastructure: Manage data storage and processing within Azure (e.g., Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Synapse) ensuring high performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Data Transformation: Write complex SQL and data processing scripts to clean, transform, and harmonize data sets, preparing them for modeling.

2. Adobe Mix Modeler Implementation & Management
Model Building: Configure, build, train, and run Marketing Mix Models (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) within Adobe Mix Modeler.
Data Harmonization: Define and enforce data schemas and standards within the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to ensure data flowing into Mix Modeler is accurate, consistent, and ready for advanced analysis.
Insight Generation: Work with the marketing and finance teams to interpret model outputs, simulate budget scenarios, and translate complex results into clear, actionable budget allocation recommendations.

3. CRM Integration (Salesforce)
