Summary: The Lead Data Architect will be responsible for the comprehensive technical design and implementation of the data layer for Digitech's AI Agents, emphasizing modern Lakehouse architectures and Enterprise Knowledge Graphs. This role demands expertise in creating secure, high-performance systems within an IL4/IL5 GovCloud environment. The architect will also lead the integration of various data sources into a unified Medallion Lakehouse while ensuring compliance with security standards. Collaboration with key stakeholders is essential for embedding security classifications and access controls throughout the architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee the 5-layer data architecture from Systems of Record ingestion to the Agent API Gateway.
  • Lead the technical strategy for integrating disparate data sources (SAP 1LMX, Teamcenter, EVMS, Workday) into a unified Medallion Lakehouse.
  • Architect the Enterprise Knowledge Graph (EKG) infrastructure, ensuring sub-500ms latency for L1 agents and robust multi-hop reasoning for L2/L3 agents.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and InfoSec teams to embed CUI/ITAR classification and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) at every layer.
