We are supporting a major global energy organisation in scaling advanced AI capability across its Supply, Trading & Shipping (ST&S) business supporting teams across Europe and the US. We are looking for a Lead AI Engineers with strong, hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying production-grade GenAI and agentic AI solutions within enterprise environments. This is a delivery-focused engineering role, not a traditional data science or research-led position. The client is specifically seeking individuals who have successfully implemented real-world AI systems that support business operations and commercial decision-making. The successful candidates will work closely with trading and commercial stakeholders to develop practical AI-driven solutions within a fast-paced, iterative environment.
