Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and evolve Jira Cloud configurations (projects, workflows, schemes, permissions, automation rules)
- Ensure platform scalability, governance, and alignment with enterprise operating models
- Design and implement end-to-end workflows aligned to intake, triage, delivery, and reporting
- Build advanced automations to reduce manual intervention and improve cycle time
- Develop and maintain scripts using tools such as ScriptRunner (Groovy) and REST APIs (Jira, GitHub, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Enable integrations across toolchain (Jira, GitHub, Jama, CRM, internal systems)
- Design and implement AI-assisted workflows and decision agents, including intelligent triage assignment and automated work classification
- Partner with AI teams to operationalize agent-based automation within Jira workflows
