Summary: The IVD Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to enhance and improve in-vitro diagnostic products, focusing on customer insights and competitive strategies. Key Responsibilities:

Key Skills:

- Ability to contribute to business processes and technology solutions in a self-managed manner.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.

Your role:
End to End product management: Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, zone marketing, sales, regulatory, clinical, etc.) to develop business cases for product enhancements and improvements. Drive cross-functional alignment to deliver differentiated, customer-focused solutions. Manage global forecasting and supply to support accelerated growth.
* Customer and Market Insights: Serve as a Chronic Disease subject matter expert across stakeholder groups including laboratorians, hospital administrators, and ministries of health. Gather and interpret market dynamics and customer insights to shape portfolio strategy and inform product innovation.
* Competitive Selling Strategies: Monitor and analyze competitive offerings. Develop positioning, messaging, and sales enablement tools that clearly differentiate our products and demonstrate added value to customers.
* Product Definition & Development: Translate customer needs into well-defined product requirements and design inputs. Leverage voice-of-customer research, zone input, and market analysis to guide development teams and ensure market-relevant product delivery.
* Promotional materials development and roll out: Develop and update OUS ELF promotional materials, act as conduit between zones and global for ELF and lead train the trainer sessions to roll out new materials
Required:
5+ years of progressive marketing and/or product management experience in the in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) or core laboratory diagnostics space.
Proven end-to-end experience including market research, product definition, NPD support, launch planning, campaign execution, sales enablement, and training development.
Strongly prefer IVD product management experience.
This positions are expected to contribute to and deliver business processes or detailed technology solutions, in a self-managed and target-oriented manner, and thus contributes to team results.
Education
Preferred: MBA.
Minimum: Bachelor s degree with additional relevant experience.
