Position Overview

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical initiatives within an Enterprise Cyber Resilience Program, with a strong focus on network segmentation/segregation, Active Directory (AD) transformation, and enterprise networking.
  • This role requires a hands-on project leader who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels, bridging cybersecurity objectives with infrastructure execution while maintaining strong governance and delivery discipline.
  • This role is responsible for driving cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy, and delivering resilient architecture capabilities that reduce enterprise risk and enhance operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber resilience initiatives, including:
  1. Network segmentation / Zero Trust architecture implementation
  2. Active Directory hardening, redesign, or segregation
  3. Infrastructure and identity security enhancements
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Drive execution across multiple workstreams (networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, Manufacturing IT, OT/IT integration)
  • Stakeholder Management & Governance
  • Engage senior stakeholders across IT, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Business units
  • Establish and manage governance frameworks, including:
  1. Steering Committee reporting
  2. Executive status updates
  3. Risk and dependency tracking
  • Facilitate decision-making by presenting clear options, trade-offs, and impacts

Cyber Resilience & Technical Delivery

  • Translate cyber resilience strategy into actionable project plans and deliverables
  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate implementation of:
  1. Network segmentation (e.g., micro segmentation, zone-based architectures)
  2. Identity and access management improvements within Active Directory
  3. Secure network design aligned with Zero Trust principles

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs
  • Implement mitigation strategies and escalate critical risks appropriately
  • Ensure strong focus on operational resilience and recovery capabilities

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with:
  1. Network engineering teams
  2. Identity & access management teams
  3. Cybersecurity (SOC, threat detection, governance)
  4. OT/plant environments
  • Ensure alignment across parallel initiatives (e.g., infrastructure modernization, digital transformation programs)
  • Reporting & Communication
  • Deliver executive-ready reporting including dashboards, KPIs, and milestones
  • Track and communicate:
  1. Project progress
  2. Risk posture improvements
  3. Business impact and value realization
  • Maintain transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • 7 10+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure domains
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale enterprise IT and cyber resilience initiatives
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders

Technical Expertise

  • Strong understanding of:
  1. Network architecture and segmentation strategies (e.g., VLANs, firewalls, Zero Trust, microsegmentation)
  2. Active Directory architecture (domain design, trusts, GPOs, identity security)
  3. Enterprise infrastructure (cloud, on-prem, hybrid environments)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, Zero Trust)

Project & Program Management

  • Expertise in project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • Strong skills in:
  1. Planning and scheduling
  2. Risk management
  3. Financial tracking and budgeting
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Clarity)
