Summary: The IT Business Relationship Manager (BRM) acts as the key liaison between business units and the IT organization, focusing on aligning technology solutions with business strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business functions and IT teams.

Key Skills:

- Strong understanding of business processes and IT service delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management and business analysis methodologies.
- Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred.
- Certifications such as BRMP, ITIL Foundation, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or CBAP are advantageous.
