- Hands-on experience with migrating to Duck Creek OnDemand, including familiarity with its architecture, capabilities, and limitations.
- Customization Removal:
- Proven experience in identifying, analyzing, and removing legacy customizations while ensuring business processes remain intact.
- Ability to implement solutions that align with Duck Creek s out-of-the-box functionality.
- Project Management Skills:
- Demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, preferably within the insurance or policy administration domain.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Technical Acumen:
