Role: Internal Auditor

Type: Interim - 4 to 6 months

Salary: up to 350 per day umbrella

Fully Remote

Location: South-West

Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an Internal Auditor for our Local Authority client with relevant Internal (not external) Audit experience, in Local Authority who is a motivated and dynamic self starter who can deliver Audits at both Operational and Strategic level.

The Ideal candidate for the Internal Auditor will have or experience in;

  • Professional Accounting Qualification, Audit Qualification or similar
  • Local Authority background & experience (essential)
  • Experience in Internal Audits in Local Government (essential)
  • Delivering Audits at both Operational and Strategic levels
  • Robust Internal Audit experience
  • Comfortable in delivering Audit Matters at Senior Management level
  • Stakeholder and Client Relationship Management
  • Risk Management
  • Strong Communication Skills.
