Integration Lead (D365 & Azure Ecosystem)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across D365, third-party applications, and cloud/on-premise systems.
• Define integration architecture, patterns, standards, and best practices for enterprise programs.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing APIs and middleware solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, development teams, and vendors to deliver integration requirements.
• Lead integration planning, system connectivity, data flow design, and interface development.
• Oversee API management, event-driven integrations, and real-time/batch integrations.
• Ensure integration security, governance, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Support deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation, integration diagrams, and architecture reviews.

Key Skills:

• 10–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise system integrations.
• 5+ years of experience leading integration architecture and integration delivery teams.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Azure ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services such as Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, API Management (APIM), and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and microservices architecture.
• Strong understanding of integration security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Experience integrating ERP, CRM, finance, HR, and external enterprise applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
