Key Responsibilities:
- Design an end-to-end learning experience focused on workflow redesign and AI integration.
- Apply systems thinking to help participants understand interdependencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
- Create engaging, leader-ready content including live workflow mapping, guided reflection, and peer feedback loops.
- Design with a rapid iteration mindset (prototype, test, gather feedback, refine).
- Facilitate high-impact, interactive, and engaging sessions for audiences ranging from managers to SVPs.
- Manage group dynamics and challenge thinking.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience with 8-12+ years as a senior instructional designer and facilitator.
- Exceptional facilitation skills able to lead high-energy, interactive sessions and drive meaningful outcomes.
