Summary: The Implementation Conversion Analyst 1 role focuses on managing debit card portfolios for financial institutions and assisting clients during platform migrations. The position requires strong communication skills to provide guidance and support throughout the migration process and warranty support period. Previous experience in debit card processing or operations is strongly preferred. This is a long-term remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing Debit card portfolios for financial institutions (banks, credit unions, resellers)
- Consulting and assisting clients through a platform migration
- Perform routine calls with clients providing guidance and support on the Debit migration. They will be the point of contact for the overall project and through a 2-weeks warranty support period.
- Supports questions on the new Debit platform to include user interface, reports, operations, and supporting products.
- Coordinates with the internal project team to receive and deliver information to their clients.
Key Skills:
- Previous debit card experience in processing or operations
