Summary: The role of Legal Expert Compliance / Regulatory Contract involves supporting the development of advanced legal reasoning models by providing regulatory and compliance expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Design realistic regulatory and compliance scenarios (e.g., AML reviews, OFAC screening, FCPA assessments, FDA submissions, privacy assessments)
- Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
- Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
- Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
- Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in regulatory or compliance law within a law firm, in-house legal team, or government agency
- Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
- Expertise in one or more areas such as AML/BSA, FCPA, healthcare regulatory, privacy, FDA, sanctions, or export controls
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
