Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the commercial strategy for the Marina & Yacht Solutions domain.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within the luxury marina, yacht, and waterfront hospitality sectors globally.
  • Create and manage strategic go-to-market plans across priority regions.
  • Collaborate with other ELIRE VPs and executive teams to integrate luxury-sector insights.
  • Represent ELIRE at key international maritime and superyacht events.
  • Originate and lead commercial discussions with leading marina operators and yacht service providers.
  • Build partnerships that enable the deployment of ELIRE’s Solutions within luxury settings.

Your Impact

The Vice President of Marina & Yacht Solutions will lead the commercialisation and global development of ELIRE’s maritime infrastructure solutions for the luxury, marina, and superyacht sectors. This strategic role focuses on building partnerships, defining go-to-market strategies, and expanding ELIRE’s footprint across premium coastal destinations, high-end resort operators, and major yacht and marina groups. Working closely with senior leadership and other domain VPs across ELIRE Infra, the VP will develop business cases, partnership models, and commercial frameworks that position ELIRE as a world leader in next-generation marina and waterfront infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring deep market knowledge, a strong professional network, and experience in the luxury maritime and hospitality ecosystems, combined with commercial acumen and a proven track record in project development and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Market Development
  • Define and lead the commercial strategy for the Marina & Yacht Solutions domain, aligning with ELIRE’s broader growth and innovation objectives.
  • Identify and develop opportunities within the luxury marina, yacht, and waterfront hospitality sectors globally.
  • Create and manage strategic go-to-market plans across priority regions, tailoring approaches for Europe, the Mediterranean, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas.
  • Collaborate with other ELIRE VPs and executive teams to integrate luxury-sector insights into product, marketing, and technology roadmaps.
  • Represent ELIRE at key international maritime, superyacht events to enhance visibility and build strategic relationships.
  • Business Development & Partnerships
  • Originate and lead commercial discussions with leading marina operators, yacht service providers, developers, and 5-star hotel groups.
  • Build partnerships that enable the deployment of ELIRE’s Solutions, product lines within luxury and premium marine and hospitality settings.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases and proposals demonstrating commercial, environmental, and experiential value for clients and investors.
  • Leverage existing industry networks to accelerate relationship-building and pipeline development.
  • Collaborate with investment and finance teams on commercial models, lease structures, and revenue-sharing frameworks.

  • Oversee project pipeline development from opportunity identification through to negotiation and contract award.
