Summary: The Gemini Enterprise Consultant: User Training Specialist is responsible for training and supporting organizations on the Gemini Enterprise platform, utilizing Google's AI agents and data integration capabilities. This role focuses on structured learning and hands-on labs to empower users in building and securing AI-powered solutions. The consultant will deliver customized training, facilitate courses, and provide ongoing support to ensure user confidence and success. The position requires expertise in enterprise software consulting and a strong understanding of Google Cloud tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, customized training on Gemini Enterprise, from introductory fundamentals to advanced AI agent development and security best practices.
- Guide learners through structured courses (e.g., Coursera’s 5-hour fundamentals) and facilitate hands-on labs using Google Skills Boost to practice building agents, connecting data sources, and using tools like NotebookLM.
- Support the GEAR (Gemini Enterprise Agent Ready) program, providing guidance on labs and access to monthly credits for enterprise AI developers and leaders.
- Train users on Intelligent Search, including setup of data connectors, action building, and search configuration to optimize enterprise search experiences.
- Coach teams on AI agent development: building no-code agents, configuring agent instructions, and orchestrating multi-agent systems.
- Demonstrate best practices for data integration and grounding, connecting Gemini Enterprise to platforms like Google Drive, BigQuery, SharePoint, and Salesforce.
- Lead sessions on prompt engineering, analysis, and using “master notebooks” for research, training, and tailored business solutions.
- Educate organizations on security and governance, including DLP rules, IAM role management, and VPC Service Controls to protect enterprise data.
- Facilitate hands-on sandbox projects in Google Cloud, helping users experiment with agents, data ingestion, and connector setup.
- Offer post-training support, troubleshooting, and ongoing enablement to maximize user confidence and success.
Key Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience in enterprise software consulting, user training, or AI/ML platforms, preferably within the Google Cloud ecosystem (Vertex AI, BigQuery, etc.).
- Familiarity with Gemini Enterprise, Google Cloud tools, and SaaS data integrations is highly desirable.
