Fractional CFO | Health & Wellness Start Up | 1 day per week | Outside IR35

Harmonic are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a scale up in the fitness, health and wellness space as they look for a fractional CFO to support during an exciting growth phase. This newly created role will be a one day a week position, on a 6 month contract with potential to extend, sitting Outside IR35.

The Client:

This founder led business has made a real name for themselves in their space, now offering a wellness studio centred around a science-based approach to supporting injury recovery and long-term metabolic health. This is a truly exciting moment for our client given the desire to grow the business, with a specific plan to launch their first flagship store in London in the coming months.

This new store location will offer state of the art services and a best in class range of bespoke courses tailored to each individual depending on their specific needs. Having identified a real gap in the market, our client are set to capitalise and continue their growth trajectory over the next few years.

The founder also has an exceptional background and knowledge in the health and wellness space, previously working with world class athletes, cementing her presence at the highest levels of performance and health. With a strong existing network, this is evidently a huge moment for the business and a fantastic opportunity to play a key role with a major disruptor in their industry.

The Role:

Working closely with the founder, this role will be highly strategic and commercial in nature, with high levels of influence on offer. The core focus will revolve around creating strong financial models, supporting on investor strategy and potential funding rounds, as well as leading the business throughout this exciting scale up journey.

Main Duties:

  • Experience with a business that have been through a franchise

    Day Rate: £700 - £1000 per day (Outside IR35)

    Contract Length: 6 months (potential to extend)
