Our client, a leading, Global Asset Manager is currently seeking a Website Data Business Analyst based in London (FLEX REMOTE/OFFICE 2 days per week) working within their Digital Marketing Team.

Reporting to the Global Head of Product Data, this position will be responsible for the management of ETF, Mutual Fund and Cash product information (text and data) on the companies websites globally.

You will be required to focus on both strategic and tactical goals and should have a good business analyst (BA) type skillset.

Key responsibilities of the role:

• Manage fund launches and other fund changes to their websites globally. You will work closely with multiple internal partners including product development, funds management, legal, compliance, marketing, data and IT teams.
• Oversight of processes to ensure our websites contain up to date and accurate product information at all times.
• Specify any change requirements for the website or website product management tools and work closely with technical teams to review, build, test and implement these changes.
• Act as subject matter expert for product information (text and data) decisions related to our websites and factsheets.
• Work with data teams to problem solve quickly and efficiently.

Skills required:

• 1-3 years or more business analyst experience
• Investment management industry, specifically experience with ETFs and Mutual Funds
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong, proven product and project management skills, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, working on multiple projects at any given time.
• Analytical problem solving mindset; probes resources for answers; performs analysis effectively; looks beyond the obvious to seek additional solutions; draws on experience to foresee issues before they arise.
• Technical aptitude and ability to learn different applications if necessary
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
