Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze AI-generated educational content for pedagogical accuracy, inclusivity, and learner appropriateness
  • Contribute authentic adult learning scenarios, including differentiated instruction strategies
  • Assist in developing and refining datasets that reflect real-world classroom challenges
  • Document insights clearly in written reports and structured annotations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI understanding of adult education frameworks
  • Promote inclusive and culturally responsive teaching principles within AI training materials

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience teaching ABE, ASE, and/or ESL in adult learning environments

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, or English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructors to contribute subject matter expertise to AI training initiatives. In this fully remote contract role, you will apply your instructional knowledge to help develop and refine AI systems designed to better understand adult learners, diverse educational pathways, and inclusive teaching practices.
