Summary: The Epic Tapestry Analyst role involves configuring, supporting, and maintaining Epic Tapestry modules, particularly in Eligibility, Enrollment, and Utilization Management. Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and maintain Epic Tapestry modules related to Eligibility, Enrollment, and Utilization Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze workflows and implement system enhancements or optimizations
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in testing, validation, and documentation of system changes
- Support interface integrations between Tapestry and other Epic or third-party systems
- Provide user support, training, and knowledge sharing for operational teams
- Partner with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure data accuracy and workflow efficiency
Key Skills:
- Epic Tapestry Certification (Eligibility & Enrollment and/or Utilization Management required)
- Hands-on experience configuring and supporting Tapestry Managed Care workflows
- Strong understanding of payer operations, claims, benefits, and member management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
