Summary: The EDI IBM Sterling Integrator Developer role is a remote position requiring over 10 years of IT experience, specifically in IBM Sterling Integrator and EDI solutions. The consultant will lead the design and deployment of EDI solutions, support trading partner onboarding, and provide technical leadership to junior developers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for collaborating with business stakeholders and managing EDI transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of EDI solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator.
  • Develop, maintain, support, and monitor IBM Sterling Commerce applications and various modules/pipelines.
  • Support all partner on-boardings for trading partners.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EDI transactions and system performance.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior EDI developers.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Support MAP developments on EDI Sterling using EDI formats - X12, EDIFACT.
  • Experience with Agile Development practices, backlog refinements, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Should be a self-starter and independent learner.
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit good interpersonal and communication skills.
