Summary: The role of Project Manager - SAP e-Invoicing Compliance involves leading a compliance project focused on implementing an e-invoicing solution in SAP to meet Polish tax regulations. The position requires coordination across multiple business units and is critical for achieving regulatory compliance by January 2026. The role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Poland and Belgium, and it offers a contract duration of 6 months or more. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, particularly in compliance and finance-related projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the e-invoicing compliance project, ensuring alignment across three business units.
- Manage project planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) for both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Ensure all e-invoicing processes comply with Polish VAT regulations for B2B transactions.
- Coordinate across internal teams, external vendors, and compliance bodies as needed.
- Monitor progress and drive the team to meet strict timelines, with full compliance.
- Provide regular updates to leadership and project stakeholders on milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Support occasional on-site activities at the Poland and Belgium locations (travel costs covered).
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in compliance, finance, or tax-related projects.
- Strong background in SAP, especially in Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) and Finance (FI) modules.
- Familiarity with Polish tax regulations and e-invoicing requirements is a strong advantage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to drive complex projects with multiple moving parts to completion under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English is required; Polish is a plus.
