Summary: The FP&A Director (SaaS) will lead the planning and analytics function for a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS company, focusing on financial strategy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the group
  • Developing robust SaaS metrics and KPIs (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn) to drive performance visibility
  • Delivering high-quality analysis and insight to the Board, CFO, and private equity investors
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to support commercial decision-making
  • Building and evolving financial models to support pricing strategy, investment decisions, and scenario planning
  • Supporting M&A activity including financial evaluation, due diligence, and integration planning
  • Driving continuous improvement in FP&A tools, systems, and data infrastructure

We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed SaaS business with revenues of c.£300m and a global customer base. Backed by a highly respected fund, the company is executing an ambitious value creation plan focused on scaling ARR, driving operational efficiency, and delivering strategic growth through organic initiatives and M&A.

As part of this journey, we are seeking a high-calibre FP&A Director to build and lead a best-in-class planning and analytics function, providing the insight and rigour required to support rapid, data-driven decision-making.

The Role
