Summary: The Digital Accessibility Trainer is responsible for delivering training on WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and ADA accessibility standards, while also developing structured learning paths and training materials. The role involves conducting remediation walkthroughs and partnering with cross-functional teams to promote accessibility compliance. Additionally, the trainer will analyze the effectiveness of training programs and manage delivery through a Learning Management System. This position requires a strong background in instructional design and training delivery for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver foundational and advanced training on WCAG 2.2, Section 508, and ADA accessibility standards
  • Conduct remediation walkthroughs using accessibility tools such as Axe, WAVE, and similar platforms
  • Design and develop structured learning paths for developers, testers, content editors, and vendors
  • Create training materials, documentation, templates, and best practice guides
  • Support and manage training delivery through a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to promote accessibility compliance and governance
  • Analyze training effectiveness and continuously improve learning programs

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in training delivery and content development
  • Experience delivering training to diverse, enterprise-level audiences
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Sitecore or similar)
  • Strong experience in instructional design and developing training materials
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience working with tools like Microsoft Office, Teams, Jira, or similar
