Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain msg.Life Factory across all environments.
- Handle complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Plan and execute releases, including post-deployment checks.
- Track system health and performance (Kubernetes, JMS/Kafka/MQ).
- Manage settings, job schedules, backups, and database links.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and document in JIRA.
- Streamline tasks through scripting and tooling.
Key Skills:
- Must have experience in MSG-Lifefactory platform, this is non-negotiable.
- Proficiency in Java-based applications and web/app servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere/Liberty).
- Strong SQL skills for diagnostics and data analysis.
- Experience with Linux and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
- Understanding of database systems (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server).
- Exposure to ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) and monitoring platforms.
