Data Engineer - Active SC, PowerApps, Power BI

Summary: The Data Engineer role requires a specialist with Active Security Clearance (SC) to support a critical product launch. The position focuses on hands-on support, ensuring stability, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PowerApps, Power BI, and related technologies. This is a remote position for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support for a business-critical product launch.
• Focus on stability, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Utilize Model-Driven PowerApps and Power Automate for troubleshooting and optimization.
• Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Work with Dataverse for data modeling and integration.
• Support live/production environments effectively.
• Understand system architecture from documentation and flowcharts.

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Model-Driven PowerApps.
• Active Security Clearance (SC).
• Proven expertise in Power Automate (flows, troubleshooting, optimization).
• Solid working knowledge of Power BI (reporting, dashboards, data insights).
• Experience with Dataverse (data modeling, integration, troubleshooting).
• Demonstrated real-world support experience in live/production environments.
• Ability to quickly understand system architecture from documentation/flowcharts.
• Previous experience supporting go-live or post-launch environments (nice to have).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform best practices and governance (nice to have).
• Exposure to incident management/service support frameworks (ITIL, etc.) (nice to have).
• Strong stakeholder communication skills (nice to have).
