On behalf of the Care Quality Commission, we are looking for a Data Administrator (PAYE) for a 7 month contract based REMOTELY
Job Purpose
- Handling information from various sources and recording onto the appropriate systems in line with agreed Standard Operating Procedures and performance targets.
- Also providing effective and efficient support to operational colleagues across all sectors in the processing of administrative activity.
As a Data Administrator (PAYE), your main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to a high-performance culture, taking personal responsibility for achieving individual targets, team service levels and ensuring a high quality of work. Understand how your role contributes to the wider goals of your team, directorate and the organisation.
- Provides exceptional customer service when interacting with all customers, both internal and external, resolving customer queries/concerns or escalating where appropriate.
- Undertakes a variety of tasks regarding data inputting, data cleansing, use of spreadsheets and other reports to collate and sort data.
- Accurately records relevant information onto the appropriate systems. Tasks may include but not limited to; travel bookings, queries, office stationery orders, fulfilment of correspondence through CRM, updating records, document management (e.g. archiving records), data entry, checking documentation provided for completeness and scanning documents.
- Works flexibly and collaboratively within a team to deliver high volume activity against performance targets, which may include providing feedback and supporting colleagues.
- Operates in line with appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Guidance.
- Undertakes all mandatory and other identified training to support own development.
- Demonstrates an awareness of CQC policies and procedures and consistently applies these in everyday practice.
- Actively contributes and engages in the Performance Development Review process and ensures appropriate documentation is completed.
- Demonstrates application of CQC Values and Behaviours in all interactions, raising awareness and improving practice in respect of Equality and Diversity and promotion of Human Rights within the workplace.
- Takes responsibility for ensuring individual and collective adherence to Knowledge and Information Management, and Information Security policies and procedures.
- All duties commensurate with your role and responsibilities.
Essential:
- IT skills especially Excel to intermediate level
- Experience of handling data
- Experience of using Databases
- Excellent standard of written English
- Ability to and experience of working quickly and accurately
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers via various communication methods (e.g. phone/email).
- Demonstrates experience of working both independently and as part of a team to achieve individual or team goals.
- Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies and working practices
Desirable:
- Experience in a Customer Service environment delivering customer satisfaction and achieving performance targets
