Summary: Our client is seeking a D365 HR Architect for a six-month initial contract, primarily remote with occasional travel to London. The role focuses on building and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and ServiceNow platforms, emphasizing HR solution architecture and enterprise-scale integrations. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 HR (F&O HCM).
- Translate HR business requirements into technical solutions across workforce management, payroll integration, compensation & benefits, and hire-to-retire life cycle.
- Define and own integration strategy across Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Power Platform) and third party HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Ensure scalable, secure, GDPR-compliant designs aligned with enterprise architecture and future roadmap.
