Summary: The CyberArk PAM Engineer role is focused on supporting enterprise privileged access management initiatives within a global cybersecurity team. Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard applications, service accounts, and privileged accounts into CyberArk PAM solutions
- Collaborate with application SMEs to analyze account usage and recommend secure onboarding strategies
- Create technical design and implementation documentation for CyberArk integrations
- Configure and manage CyberArk self-hosted components and privileged account workflows
- Implement PAM capabilities including session isolation & recording, Just-In-Time (JIT) access, and conditional access
- Integrate CyberArk with in-house, third-party, and SaaS applications for password management and rotation
- Support audit, compliance, and internal control requirements related to privileged access
- Troubleshoot CyberArk-related issues and provide support during critical incidents
- Work closely with infrastructure, DevOps, and security teams on PAM automation initiatives
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with CyberArk self-hosted solutions
- Strong understanding of PAM concepts and security best practices
- Experience with session isolation & recording, Just-In-Time (JIT) access, and conditional access
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows & Linux servers, DevOps tools, and REST APIs
- Experience integrating PAM systems with enterprise and SaaS applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- CyberArk Sentry or Guardian Certification (preferred)
- Experience creating CPM plugins (preferred)
