Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Performing account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supporting the annual audit process by providing documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
- Analyzing financial data and preparing ad-hoc reports as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent (CPA preferred).
- 2-4 years of related experience at large public company or auditing large public companies.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Accounting theory, principles, practices and regulations including FASB/GAAP and SOX compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to document a broad range of issues in work papers, disclosures and memos.
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating data and the ability to exercise judgment in a variety of areas.
- Demonstrated successful use of technology to improve process efficiency.
