Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate enterprise commercial agreements with strategic customers across the EMEA region
- Manage a high volume of deal activity independently and efficiently
- Negotiate data privacy terms, including DPAs and SCCs, as well as AI-related contractual provisions
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Deal Desk teams to support deal strategy and execution
- Provide practical, business-oriented legal guidance to facilitate deal closure
- Identify and escalate legal risks while maintaining deal momentum
Key Skills:
- 7+ years of in-house commercial legal experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company
- Proven ability to manage high-volume contracting workflows with minimal supervision
- Strong experience negotiating data privacy and AI-related contractual terms
- Qualified solicitor or equivalent legal qualification in a UK or EMEA jurisdiction
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and executive teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
