Summary: Enterprise Healthcare client is seeking a Business Project Senior Analyst to join their team, focusing on externally funded initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on delegated tasks specific to externally funded initiatives assigned by a manager on the Shared Solutions team.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of each externally funded initiative, including goals, objectives, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality in files sent between Accredo and vendor in support of compliance program.
- Pull data from internal data sources and send to vendor in support of texting pilot program, ensuring quality and accuracy of data.
- Accurately transcribe text campaign responses and add to patient records.
- Assess, plan, monitor, evaluate, and report on each project.
- Clearly communicate any issues or concerns related to the data and propose solutions.
- Participate in the design, development, and implementation of new enhancements including automation, controls, reporting, etc.
- Compile and analyze results for identification of improvement opportunities.
- Deliver on other projects as assigned if time permits.
- Manage vigilance and performance for a variety of programs.
Key Skills:
