Summary: The Business Analyst role involves collaborating with various business units to define and implement a unified Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution. The position requires strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights and develop business cases focused on process and financial impacts. The role is remote and operates within a 3-month rolling contract, classified as inside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse business units and stakeholders to define and deliver a common PLM solution.
- Design and implement a single, integrated database that supports multiple workstreams.
- Identify key stakeholders and develop global business case templates.
- Lead the creation of business cases focused on process and financial impact (non-technical).
- Translate complex data points across segments and enterprise into actionable insights.
- Challenge and refine business case inputs with a strong external perspective.
- Partner effectively across segments and enterprise to gather, validate, and challenge business case contributions.

- Working as a Senior Business Analyst in a complex, global environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
